4. Project Coordinator/Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Proactively coordinate projects and act as a central point of contact and project planning/scheduling for the project team, including client, facilitator, and others related to the project.
- Systematically coordinate project staff to ensure that all project elements are delivered within their schedules
- Administer all complex projects and assist all project members to ensure compliance to all project schedules and assist in data compilations and prepare all reports to meet all project deliverables.
- Manage all project data and integrate same for all projects and maintain all management software and tools and publish all documents.
- Participate in various projects and ensure completion within required timeframe and submit all reports to management and maintain track of all financials to maintain compliance with all budget requirements.

Responsibilities:
· Provides technical, administrative and office management support to the Account Management Group
· Manages the central filing and safekeeping of documents and correspondences

· Manages calendar and coordinates meetings, travel, and facilities for managers, with the objective of efficient and appropriate planning of available time

Responsibilities:
· Expert of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and other programming languages
· A comprehensive knowledge of search engine behavior: what content search engines crawl and read, what practices to avoid, and what on-page changes will have the most impact based on current algorithms
· Creation of highly refined keyword strategies that lay the foundation for the rest of a client's SEO project
· Performing thorough, detailed website analysis, identifying current problems and opportunities, with a focus on crawlability, site architecture and site content
