2. Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provides secretarial, administrative, creative or technical services to external small or medium sized businesses. They usually use onlline communication channels, such as phone, e-mail and fax to deliver their services to clients thus operating as online Virtual Assistants.

Responsibilities:

4. Project Coordinator/Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Proactively coordinate projects and act as a central point of contact and project planning/scheduling for the project team, including client, facilitator, and others related to the project.
• Systematically coordinate project staff to ensure that all project elements are delivered within their schedules
• Administer all complex projects and assist all project members to ensure compliance to all project schedules and assist in data compilations and prepare all reports to meet all project deliverables.
• Manage all project data and integrate same for all projects and maintain all management software and tools and publish all documents.
• Participate in various projects and ensure completion within required timeframe and submit all reports to management and maintain track of all financials to maintain compliance with all budget requirements.
• Monitor and resolve all invoice queries and ensure adherence to all calendar and manage all correspondence with staff members.
• Schedule all projects and analyze all resource requirements for same and maintain track of all work progress for all assignments and coordinate with Project Manager and Leader to enhance performance.
• Provide support to Project Managers / PMO

Requirements:

5. Account Coordinator

Responsibilities:

·         Provides technical, administrative and office management support to the Account Management Group

·         Manages the central filing and safekeeping of documents and correspondences

·         Follows up on meeting minutes to ensure actions are taken within set timelines and ensure that decisions are followed and implemented

·         Manages calendar and coordinates meetings, travel, and facilities for managers, with the objective of efficient and appropriate planning of available time

·         Assists the Account Management Group in coordinating logistics, preparing agendas and materials for group meetings

·         Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully move into problem-solving mode whenever challenges or concerns arise

6. SEO- Technical Specialist

Responsibilities:

·         Expert of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and other programming languages

·         A comprehensive knowledge of search engine behavior: what content search engines crawl and read, what practices to avoid, and what on-page changes will have the most impact based on current algorithms

·         Creation of highly refined keyword strategies that lay the foundation for the rest of a client's SEO project

·         Performing thorough, detailed website analysis, identifying current problems and opportunities, with a focus on crawlability, site architecture and site content

·         Performing competitive research, identifying what the client's competitors are doing right, what they're doing wrong, and how these tactics influence the client

·         Managing execution of SEO strategies, including keyword strategy implementation, technical recommendation implementation and executing tactical strategies based on competitive analysis

Responsibilities:

• Creates articles, blogs, press releases, web content and other written output according to the specifications of the project/client.
• Creates descriptions for meta tags and descriptions
• Performs content submission and management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Journalism, Mass/Development Communication, Communication Arts, - Advertising/Media or equivalent

9. Social Media Optimization (SMO) Staff

Competencies / Requirements:

10. Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Leads a team of QA Analysts and QA Architects both onshore and offshore
• Manages all phases of QA in the Software Development Life Cycle
• Leads a functional team of technical QA resources; measurement and reporting of QA success criteria, strong QA process background
• Assists and mentors a team in the development of all testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases/scripts, and bug reports

Responsibilities:

·         Ensures that the software is of high quality before client release

·         Discovers faults or defects in the software where its behavior is incorrect or not in conformance with its specification

·         Ensures that all of the areas on the software are tested based on the client's requirements

·         Produce test procedures that provide additional information necessary to complete a test case. Test procedures document the how of a test case
