1. ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Primary responsibility is to manage the accounting and finance department. Key responsibilities
will include:
Accounts payable and receivable management
Cash flow management
Internal controls
Tax management
The desired candidate must have the following skills & qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, must be a CPA.
At least 5 years managerial experience in Finance and Accounting in a computerized
environment.
Must be proficient in at least one business accounting software such as Quickbooks,
SAP, etc.
Strong skills in preparation of Accounting Manual, Internal Controls, Accounts
Receivable and Accounts Payable management, Cash Flow Management,
Compliance with Philippine Accounting standards and Tax statutory requirements.
Excellent leadership, presentation and communication skills.
Organized, Thorough, Attentive to Details and a Team Player.
Flexible, Willing to work long hours and can manage the hotel’s accounting team.
Strong audit experience and an MBA degree an advantage.

2. ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Graduate of a four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
With at least three (3) years solid work experience in Accounting and/or Audit in a
computerized environment.
Proficient in at least one business accounting software such as Quickbooks, SAP, etc.
Proficient in General Accounting and Auditing Principles and Procedures.
A Self-Starter, Highly Motivated, Organized and can work with minimal supervision.
Flexible and willing to work long hours.
With excellent communication and human relations skills.
