Accounts Coordinator (I.T. Industry)


• Provides technical, administrative and office management support to the Account Management Group
• Manages the central filing and safekeeping of documents and correspondences
• Follows up on meeting minutes to ensure actions are taken within set timelines and ensure that decisions are followed and implemented
• Manages calendar and coordinates meetings, travel, and facilities for managers, with the objective of efficient and appropriate planning of available time
• Assists the Account Management Group in coordinating logistics, preparing agendas and materials for group meetings
• Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully move into problem-solving mode whenever challenges or concerns arise


• Preferably female
• Graduate of any business-related course
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a relevant role
• Very sound Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint & Excel
• Internet savvy
• Self-confident, pro-active, flexible and result driven
• Great organization, planning and time management skills
• Very mature ownership of responsibilities
• Highly organized & stress resistant, able to handle changes & short deadlines
• Pride in one's work & hence extremely quality oriented
• Bright, initiative & dynamic
• Eloquent, discrete & service minded, able to handle high level contacts
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Can perform under stressful conditions.
• Knowledge and experience with the following is an advantage: Online marketing and SEO , Sales and Marketing, Contracts Management
