(1) MALL MANAGER
  • With extensive managerial experience in the areas of management, customer service and tenant relations or has gained considerable experience in customer-oriented service industries, preferably, in hotels, restaurants and fast food chains;
  • Background in building administration or mall operations, property, safety and security management;
  • Knowledge of foreign language is an advantage;
  • Keen on details and with good sense of judgment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to withstand pressure and long hours of work; and
  • Capable of handling shifting schedules and working on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
(1) ASST. MALL MANAGER / (1) THEATER MANAGER / (1) FOOD COURT MANAGER
  • At least (3) years managerial experience in the area of property development and building administration, or theater, or food court, or retail operations management, and human resources management;
  • Graduate of business or engineering course;
  • Analytical, with excellent communication skills and able to relate well with all levels in the organization;
  • Computer literate.
(1) ACCOUNTING MANAGER / (1)TREASURY MANAGER
  • A Certified Public Accountant;
  • At least (3) years managerial experience in all facets of accounting or treasury or finance and administration operations;
  • Analytical, with excellent communication skills and able to relate well with all levels in the organization;
  • Proficient in computer software application.
(1) CUSTOMER RELATIONS SERVICE MANAGER (SECURITY)
  • At least (1) year managerial experience in security and safety operations, preferably in a property development / management or retail business;
  • Graduate of Criminology or any related course;
  • With excellent communication skills, with pleasant disposition, and able to relate well with all levels in the organization;
  • Flexible enough to handle different work assignments; and
  • At least 5’2 height for female and 5’6 for height for males.
(2) LEASING MANAGERS
  • At least (1) year managerial experience in the area of property management or retail;
  • Graduate of any four year business course;
  • Analytical, with excellent communication skills and able to relate well with all levels in the organization; and
  • Computer literate.
(1) MARKETING MANAGER
  • At least (3) years managerial experience in the fields of advertising and promotion management, and human resources management;
  • Graduate of any four year course, preferably BS Fine Arts [advertising] or Mass Communication;
  • Excellent communication skills and able to relate well with all levels in the organization.
(1) DESIGN MANAGER
  • Graduate of Architecture from a reputable college or university;
  • At least (2) years managerial experience in the fields of architecture
  • With excellent written and communication skills;
  • Computer literate and willing to work overtime.
(2) ACCOUNTING OFFICERS
  • A Certified Public Accountant;
  • At least (2) years supervisory experience, preferably with auditing background;
  • Analytical, with excellent communication skills and able to relate well with all levels in the organization; and
  • Proficient in computer software application.
(3) BUILDING ADMIN. OFFICERS / (1) TENANT RELATION OFFICER
  • One (1) year managerial experience in property development and building administration;
  • Licensed civil, mechanical or electrical engineer, or graduate of civil/mechanical/electrical engineering;
  • With excellent communication skills and able to relate well with all levels in the organization; and
  • Proficient in computer software application.
(2) MARKETING OFFICERS
  • At least (1) year supervisory experience in marketing management, advertising promotions, and or marketing research;
  • Graduate of Mass Communication, Marketing or any related four-year course;
  • Computer literate; and
  • Excellent communication skills.
(1) VISUAL DISPLAY OFFICER
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Fine Arts from a reputable university, a major in Interior Design will be an advantage;
  • Two (2) years related supervisory experience in art-related works preferably with a retail business enterprise;
  • Computer literate and Excellent communication skills.
(2) CUSTOMER RELATIONS SERVICE SUPERVISORS (SECURITY)
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Criminology or any related course;
  • Flexible to different work assignments;
  • With pleasant disposition and above average communication skills; and
  • At least 5’2 height for female and 5’6 height for males.
(2) OPERATIONS SUPERVISORS [FOR MALL OR FOOD COURT OR CINEMA OPERATIONS]
  • Graduate of any four year business course, Management or Engineering course;
  • Computer literate, and one (1) year supervisory work experience, preferably with a retail or service business enterprise;
  • Analytical, with excellent communication skills and able to relate well with all levels in the organization.
(2) LEASING SUPERVISORS
  • At least (1) year experience in the area of property management;
  • Graduate of any four year business course, preferably Accounting;
  • Analytical, with excellent communication skills and able to relate well with all levels in the organization; and
  • Computer literate / Excellent communication skills.
(1) IT SERVICES OFFICER
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent;
  • Preferably with 1-2 years related experience in IT/Computer-Hardware or equivalent jobs or had Job role as Technical Support or Technician.
(1) WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
  • One (1) year supervisory experience in warehouse operations, preferably with a property development enterprise;
  • Graduate of any four year business course, preferably Accounting;
  • Analytical, with excellent communication skills and able to relate well with all levels in the organization; and
  • Computer literate.
(10) OFFICE ASSISTANTS [ACCOUNTING, HUMAN RESOURCES, CINEMA, FOODCOURT]
  • Graduate of any four year course from a reputable college or university;
  • With excellent communication skills and able to relate well with all levels in the organization; and
  • Computer literate.
(5) PROJECTIONISTS [FOR CINEMA OPERATIONS]
  • With at least three (3) years work experience as projectionist;
  • Knowledgeable in minor troubleshooting and repair of cinema equipment; and
  • College graduate.
(2) GUEST SERVICES ASSISTANTS
  • Graduate of any four year course from a reputable college or university;
  • Female at least 5’4 in height, with pleasing personality;
  • Not more than 26 years of age;
  • With experience in service industries like hotels and restaurants; and
  • With good communication skills.
(2) PROPS-MEN VISUAL DISPLAY HELPERS
  • Undergraduate of Fine Arts or Architecture or Drafting; and
  • Experience in spraying painting, airbrush and hand painting, lay outing, and drawing will be an advantage.
