Family Fun Ventures, Inc. is in the business of providing the newest retail trends to the Philippine market. Our main focus of business is Family Entertainment Centers (FEC). We believe Davao is the greatest city in the Philippines and we hope to be a part of the growth and development of this fine city for many years to come! 


We are currently working with SM City Davao,Abreeza- Ayala Mall and several other premier malls providing our newest retail store trends.

1. Accounting Manager
CPA (CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT)
Requirements:
Family Fun Ventures, Inc. is in need of a professional, upbeat, hard working individual to head our accounting departmen.
• Required skill(s): good organizational analytical skills and can work under pressure, has ability to work quickly, flexibility, effectively and positively, Must be a team player, mature.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• Possess excellent leadership & interpersonal skill.
• Independent, organized with good initiatives.
Duties:
-Initiate internal audit system to effectively monitor accounting functions.
- Maintain, handle and supervise general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and other accounting functions.
- Prepare financial information for banks in connection with receiving loans.
- Prepare financial statements such as profit and loss statements for internal decision-making.
- File statutory paperwork with governments.
- Performs other related matters as may be assigned from time to time.

2. Kids Attendant ( Zoofari Kid's Adventure)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 to 2 years working experience is an advantage
- Female, aged 21-28 years old
- Must be of good moral standing and has pleasing personality
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be computer literate and has great time-management skill.
- Passionate, hardworking and results-driven


RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise children: Monitor, direct, protect, encourage, and nurture children.
- Maintain a safe, fun, healthy environment for children.
- Play with the children
- Arranged all the toys and maintain playroom clean
- Be familiar with emergency procedures.

3. Waiters/Waitresses/Food Attendant

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Full knowledge of all food and beverage offerings.
• Review any changes to menu and/or specials.
• Greet and seats guests.
• Independent cashier.
• Prepare and/or delivers guest’s beverage order.
• Promptly deliver guest’s food and beverage order ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Attend to guest during their entire dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant and lounge area.
• Complete all required side work.
• May be required to be responsible to work with till and turn in balanced.
• Provide courteous service and be cordial to all Team Members and Guests.
• Effectively communicate orally and in writing.
• Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
• Other duties as directed by management.

4. Purchasing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Purchasing managers work in a wide range of sectors for many different organizations. Their job is to buy in any product or service that the organization may need in order to carry out their business and operate as necessary.
The purchasing manager sources whatever the business requires or searches for better deals and more profitable suppliers possibly on a worldwide scale. They need to be cost effective while also dealing with other factors such as sustainability, risk management and ethical issues.
Purchasing and supply management is an important role for any business or organisation. More than two thirds of revenue can be spent on buying the company’s products or services meaning the purchase manager can make a real difference in cost saving and profit.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• forecasting likely levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels to maximize business efficiency;
• conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality;
• liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers;
• identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them;
• negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress - checking the quality of service provided;
• keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future;
• forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities;
• giving presentations about market analysis and possible growth;
• developing an organization’s purchasing strategy;
• producing reports and statistics using computer software;
• evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors;
• ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives;
• attending meetings and trade conferences;
• training and supervising the work of other members of staff
QUALIFICATION:
• Must be a graduate of Business Administration Course or any other related course
• At least with 1 year experience of Purchasing field.
• 25 years old
• Female/Male
• Can work under pressure
• Possesses good written and oral communication skills
