CSR responds to customer inquiries and problems by providing information or directing requests to others who can supply the necessary information or service. CSR is also responsible to operate radio equipment in order to communicate with passenger caller and taxi cab drivers for dispatching. 

Minimum RequirementEducation 
- GRCO Graduate of at least 3rd class NTC licensed

- At least 1 year work experience

- Active Listening- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
- Must possess sound customer service handling (demand, conflict, etc)
- Must have excellent communication skills, a commitment to outstanding service and the ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment

- Between 23 to 35 years old
- Preferably female
- Willing to work weekends or evenings
