Is responsible in the documentation, preparation and filing of all necessary records or forms pertinent to personnel, recruitment, and training.
Minimum Requirement: Education - BS Psychology, AB Behavioral Science, BSBA major in Human Resource Management graduate or its equivalent
Experience - At least 1 year related work experience in recruitment & selection, training facilitation, and other core functions of Human Resource Management.
Skills - Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. - Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment - Must possess sound customer service handling (demand, conflict, etc) - Must have excellent communication skills, a commitment to outstanding service and the ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment - Must have leadership, intra/interpersonal relationship, analytical, and facilitative skills.
Others- Between 23 to 35 years old - Preferably female - Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
