Admin Assistant

The Admin Assistant helps the Customer Service Officer with the administrative aspect of their responsibilities. Daily activities include:

  • Processing and submitting sales orders
  • Compiling and updating information into system
  • Answering emails and simple enquiries
  • Mending the phone line and taking down messages when required
  • Educational Qualifications and Experience:
  • A college degree in any discipline
  • Fast learner with impeccable sense of logic
  • Works well with simple computer applications like Microsoft Office, Excel, et cetera.
  • Minimum two (2) years work experience in administrative work
  • Pleasing personality; good communication skills (English) both in oral and written forms
  • Able to relate and work well with colleagues in a small-team setting
  • Must be a fast worker, highly organized and can withstand pressure
  • Must be Detail-oriented
