Branch Manager

KUBOTA PHILIPPINES INC. a subsidiary of Kubota Corporation of Japan is seeking for a top caliber person to fill-in the position of:

The successful applicant will be responsible for the formulation and execution of strategic direction for the branch (to cover Mindanao Area) to achieve sales plan/targets, while, instituting compliance to corporate ethical standards to branch employees, supervision of Mindanao dealers and the like.

If you are the person we are looking for, you'll be:

• Male, 40 years old and above
• Graduate of any Engineering or business related course
• Must have at least 3-5 years managerial experience
• Knowledge about agricultural machineries and practices is an advantage
• Exposure to Japanese system of management is a definite plus
• Preferably a resident of Mindanao
