• Will handle inbound customer service support calls for a US-based client.
• Must be willing to work on holidays.
• Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Good communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Good listening and responding skills.
• Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Can adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually.
• Must have completed at least 2 years in college without any failing marks or back subjects
