Job Summary:

• The successful Technical Consultants will provide world-class voice technical support to the customers of a leading American multinational Telecommunications corporation.  

Job Requirements:

•  Must have at least 6 months experience as a call center agent 
•  Should be able to fluently express ideas in English and can multi-task
•  Has good working knowledge on internet technologies and computer  applications
•  Should be able to work on shifting/graveyard schedule and on  holidays and weekends
