INBOUND SALES CONSULTANTS

 

Job Summary:

 

The successful hires will answer inbound calls and manage correspondence from customers regarding various policy and claim-related questions including, but not limited to, policy activity and coverage, claims, provider networks and billing inquiries.

 

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least three (3) months customer service experience earned from a BPO
• At least two (2) years of college education
• Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with customers and demonstrate empathy in sensitive situations
• Tech savvy with strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to carry meaningful dialogue while referencing to multiple databases
• Should be able to work on shifting/graveyard schedule and on holidays and weekends
