SERVICE ENGINEER II
Responsibilities:
- In Charge of Key Station Activities
- Conduct Technical Trainings, Seminars, and field demonstration (if needed)
- In-Charge of monitoring Service Caravan Activities
- Assists in Dealer’s assessment and evaluation (Service Capability)
- Supports Dealer’s Service Organization Development Programs
- Aids in field testing and evaluation of new product lines
- Review Job flow and recommends improvements to Service Manager
- Summarize and analyze result of testing and inspection of product lines prior to delivery, recommends necessary countermeasures
- Monitor and summarizes customers request for service assistance, technical inquiries and
- complaints, recommends improvement if needed
- Performs all aspects on Product Warranty (inspection, analysis, claims and repairs)
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time o time
Requirements:
- Male
- Must be a Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related course
- With licensed is a definite plus
- With at least 1-2 years extensive experience in a similar role possibly gained in agricultural machinery, automotive, construction and other related industry with exposure as engineer or related field
- Knowledgeable on Agricultural Machineries
- Knowledgeable on Mechanical and Electrical Functions or agricultural or automotive equipment
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Resident of Davao City
- 1 Full-Time position available
