SOFTWARE PROJECT CLIENT MANAGER

 

Work with a dynamic team of developers, managers, and clients to maintain and develop world class software applications. This position will require the utmost dedication and a willingness to take responsibility for the success of each assigned project. Responsibilities:

• Write project plans for assigned projects, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task and responsibilities
• Responsible for managing scope, goals, objectives and budget of the project and report financial status to the client and Zilverband accounting
• Manage the overall relationship and expectations of assigned clients
• General oversight of the complete project development life cycle for assigned projects, including compliance with all project related contracts and Statement of Work
• Lead planning and implementation of all assigned projects
• Oversight and coordination of all overlapping project timelines and deliverables for assigned client projects; including client executive steering committee meetings
• Identify and manage risks to project success and create and maintain a project risk log; develop effective action plans for resolution as early as possible
• Support the development of compliant and high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFI), statement of work development and client-requested inquiries to ensure the quality and accuracy of the response
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Help manage each step of the  Software Development Life Cycle.
• Work with other management staff to assure the overall success of the company

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience
• Degree in Computer Science or any related field
• Understanding of Web Based applications and technologies
• Database Design Concepts
• Understanding of Cloud Based Deployments and Services are a plus
• Understanding of the Software development life cycle
• Must give meticulous attention to detail
• Self-motivated, self-learner, and result-oriented (a doer
