Village Manager

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field. Engineering undergraduates may also apply.
2. Preferably with experience in supervising collection dues and fees
3. Preferably with at least 2 years supervisory experience and/or customer service
4. Male or Female, at least 27 years old
5. Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word and Excel
6. Applicants must be willing to regularly visit the site in Eden, Toril, Davao City.
7. Preferably with car
8. Required skills: emotionally mature, conducting/managing skills, interpersonal/social skills, communication and presentation skills, situational leadership ability, problem solving and decision making skills.



Nature of Work:
1. Responsible for the general management and security within Mountain Haven Subdivision, as well as ensuring that member and employee issues are properly handled.
2. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages members/guests to return
3. Reports directly to the Board of Directors. Ensure the implementation of all directives of the Board and/or Board Committees. Exercise supervision of all aspects of operations, general administration and repair and maintenance of these properties.
4. Supervise the collection of association dues and membership fees
