RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible in assisting the review of design proposals and implementation of the standard design guidelines prior to the approval of the management.
- Prepares clear, complete, accurate working plans, and detailed drawings of new stores and renovations.
- Closely monitors site construction of an assigned project to ensure to all trades (contractors and suppliers) are working cohesively.
- Assists in preparation of all communication letters/memos, scope of works, in-house estimates, specifications and other bid documents.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/Female Must not be over 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in architecture.
- Proficient in using Sketch-up, AutoCad, Corel and 3D Max.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Davao and or Tagum
- Experience is a PLUS
