Graduate of any business course;
With above average scholastic record;
With exposure in conducting market research and competitive survey, feasibility
studies;
Work experience in the same capacity is an advantage;

Graduate of any Business Course
Must have experience in managing real estate brokers
With background in organizing sales activities such as open houses,
planning conferences and sales awards

• With at least 2 yrs. experience in sourcing/recruitment;

• With at least 5 years experience in managing brokers and/or in-house
sellers;
• Must have worked in a Property Development Company;

REGISTRATION ASSISTANT - (Zamboanga City)
• At least one (1) year experience in dealing with local government offices (Municipal
Treasurer or Municipal Assessor, Registry of Deeds office;
Experience in the transfer or Transfer Certificate of Title, Tax Declaration and payment of Real
property tax, Capital Gains Tax, etc;
Must possess high level of integrity, assertive, good interpersonal relationship skills, above
average oral and written communication skills; able to work with minimal supervision; Customer
service oriented;
SUBDIVISION ADMINISTRATOR - (Davao City)
• Engineering graduate, preferably BS Civil Engineering;
• With at least 2 years supervisory experience in property management and/or after sales/
customer service in the real estate industry;
• Preferably with experience in supervising collection of association dues and membership
fees
