Job Description	Monitor day-to-day operations for compliance with established safety,  sanitation and product movement procedures; solve day-to-day  operational problems on a first-line basis * Ensure standards of productivity are established and followed;  monitor receiving process to ensure safety and sanitation  standards compliance * Communicate information to staff concerning safety,  sanitation, operational changes and company policy * Complete necessary paperwork relating to operations * Prepare, compile and analyze reports on a timely manner. * Good in critical problem solving, decision making,  has a collaborative leadership, managing and measuring performance.
Job Qualifications	• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in warehouse  management is required for this position. • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure. • Good team spirit and interpersonal skill. • Computer literate • Able to handle multiple duties in a fast paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills as well as attention to detail a must • Able to work flexible schedule to include nights and weekends • 25-35 year of age, Male • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
