(Day Shift - Office-based)
This is an office-based position in Davao City, for high level executive support. The Virtual Executive Assistant’s role will require regular interaction with company executive and his business associates. He or she will assist client in different administrative tasks, such as the responsibilities listed below.
Client Management – work directly with client/s assigned. This includes understanding and working with the client’s nature of business and its processes and systems so that client can be better assisted. Tasks generally fall into three categories:
  • Executive assistance – includes general office support such as answering phone calls, coordinating with vendors and customers, research, appointment setting, preparation and formatting of reports and documents, travel bookings, etc.
  • Online marketing support – social media management, updating of blogs, etc.
  • Customer support - can be via phone, live chat, emails and ticketing systems
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer and internet application skills
  • Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
