Job Summary:

• Responsible for direct supervision of branch operations to attain branch profitability/volume targets; assists to ensure branch operating efficiency and quality service delivery consistent with the established bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• With solid branch operations background
• Sound decision-making, critical thinking, risk management skills
• Can multi-task, is flexible with work schedule and work location
• Proactive, comfortable with and adept at coaching & mentoring
