Is currently looking for:
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Work Responsibilities:
- PLANNING and Organizing production schedules, preparing orders, setting quality standards and estimating timescales and costs.
- Assessing project and resources requirements, selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- OVERSEEING production processes, monitoring production schedules and adjusting them if problems occur
- SUPERVISING the work of the production crew, organizing staff and making sure targets are met.
You would also put together production reports.
You would work closely with project management, production supervisor, technicians, clients, and suppliers.
As a PRODUCTION MANAGER/APPLICANT, you must have:
- Good project management skills
- The ability to communicate clearly with staff at all levels
- Good presentation skills
- Math, IT and technical skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- An understanding of manufacturing processes
- The ability to make effective decisions under pressure
- A willingness to work flexibly
- An understanding of health and safety
- Confidence
- Good organizational skills
- Team working skills
- MUST also be able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must possessed at least a Bachelors College Degree
- Professional License (passed board, professional license exam)
- A graduate of Engineering (mechanical, industrial or electrical), would be an advantage.
- Must be a resident of Davao City
- Not more than 35 years of age
- Experienced in production or project management
- Male or Female
