We are looking for a CLINICAL QA SPECIALIST to join our dynamic, fast paced and fun team in Davao City, Philippines.

 

Job Responsibilities (Don't have to be an expert as long as you have a good understanding, familiarity and knows the concept of the following):

• Review clinical records for accuracy and consistency in compliance with the guidelines and conventions approved by CMS.
• Ensure reports are accomplished with highest quality and integrity and that all work is in full compliance with client specifications, regulatory agency standards and federal /state mandates.
• Provide insight into Quality Assurance process development.
• Promote effective and efficient utilization of company resources.
• Work in collaboration with colleagues across other departments for timely submission of claims and other deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Nursing Graduates or any related medical course
• With good written & communication skills
• Keen to details
• Will to work on night shift
