EVENTS LEAD
Oversee the development and implementation events for the DCCCII.
Qualifications:
- Submit and Implement the proposed breakdown of activities with their corresponding timetable
- Draft and submit proposals of sponsorships to various offices and participation from exhibitors
- Coordinates and ensures the necessary marketing and promotion efforts
- Coordinates correspondence with key invitees, guests and visitors to the convention
- Overall coordinator of the event proper
- Prepares the necessary post-activity logistics and working papers
- Coordinates DCCCII's Trade and Investment Promotion activities, ensuring that the chamber maximizes its participation to all investment promotion activities such as inbound or outbound missions, trade fairs and exhibits and briefings on the trade and investment
- Take the lead in the coordination of inbound and outbound trade missions led by the Chamber
- Facilitation of monthly GMMs, including identification of venue and speakers, and confirmation of participants.
