- At least 2 years experience in Human Resources
- Excellent communication skills in English, Tagalog, and Visaya
- Computer Literate
- Pleasing personality
- Willing to learn and hardworking
- Possesses innovation, initiative, and knowledge of time management
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or related courses – undergraduates with considerable work-related experience may also apply
