PHP Developers/IT Specialist

Qualifications

- Graduate of Computer Programming or Information Technology related courses;
- Experience in working with PHP, MySQL, Goautodial, and Vicidial (preferred but not required);
- Basic knowledge in system administration of Linux/Unix Operating Systems;
- PHP programming, VOIP administration, and Networking skills;
- Previous working experience with a BPO company would be an advantage;
- Customer-centric and A Team Player;
- Can work and deliver results under minimum supervision;
- Male or female between the ages 20 - 30;
- Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard shifts, holidays and/or weekend shifts;
- Confident in communicating in the English Language.


Job Description

1. Prepares system software installation by studying software capabilities and operations, including task scheduling, memory management, file system, and input and output requirements;
2. Installs system software by loading software into computer;
3. Optimizes system efficiency by analyzing performance indicators, changing software;
4. Maintains historical records by documenting system software changes and revisions;
5. Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions;
6. Encodes project requirements by converting work flow information into computer language;
7. Programs the computer by entering coded information;
8. Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes;
9. Maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions;
10. Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential;
11. Ensures operation of equipment by following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques;
12. Monitor and administer File Servers, PABX servers, Vicidial servers and each services;
13. Vicidial server installation and maintenance;
14. Vicidial/Vicibox Administration;
15. Asterisk dialplan configuration;
16. Configuring VOIP connection on the dialers;
17. Setup and configured asterisk gateways;
18. Assist and Support during escalations;
19. Administer company e-mail accounts;
20. Create Incident Report when issues arise and send it to the CEO;
21. Monitor bandwidth utilization for latency, high network traffic and ISP outages;
22. Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future;
23. Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records;
24. Perform Test Call if needed for verification purposes;
25. Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware;
26. Day to Day support end user as well as IT peer members.
