Vacancies: 


1. Accounting Staff for DAVAO (C.M Recto Ave.))
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures strict compliance of accounting policies and procedures.
2. Encodes sales, production, withdrawal, and other inventory movements to the system.
3. Prepares sales, production, and inventory reports monthly or when needed.
4. Prepares monthly Statement of Accounts for term customers.
5. Follows up customer accounts for payment.
6. Responsible for depositing daily sales collection.
7. Monitors company bills to ensure prompt payment.
8. Manages Petty Cash Fund.
9. Prepares employee DTR for payroll processing in the Head Office.
10. Assists in the operation by summarizing Sales Orders for production.
11. Ensures confidentiality of accounting information.
12. Layout artist assess visual aspects, such as typeface, color, position and formatting
13. Ensure that the text and images are appropriate and visually appealing
14. Requires layout artwork and prepare FA for print work
15. Handle large format artwork, digital imaging and vector handling
16. Handle web layout
17. Create eye catching, professional designs for covers and marketing materials
18. Work with management to develop processes and product development strategies geared towards the continuous improvement of the Company
19. Manage a diverse set of projects while under specific time constraints
Other Duties
1. Strict compliance to all company policies and procedures, rules and regulations.
2. Proper and effective utilization of company resources.
3. Strong coordination with other staff.

2. Salesman for water refilling station (TORIL, davao city)
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
• conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Plan, develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• determine and manage the marketing budget
• deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
• develop pricing strategy
• Identify market share of our STORES/OUTLETS and our standing vis-à-vis our competitors.
• Monitor the store’s inventory, merchandising and display arrangement and come up a proposal if there is a need.
• To support the overall marketing objectives of company both externally and internally.
• He will do Telemarketing to companies in Davao City and other neighboring cities in Mindanao.
• And will relieve the Cashier whenever there is a need.
• Do some office works and other related works as need.



Skills and Specifications:
• He/ She is a business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
• He/ she has experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
• With technical marketing skills
• With proven experience in customer and market research
• Will have relevant product and industry knowledge
• With experience with relevant software and hardware applications

Education and Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in commerce or marketing degree may be required. On the job training is also provided at some companies.

3. Chemist for Home essential products
 
1) Prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct test.
2) Analyze organic and inorganic compounds to determine chemical and physical properties, composition, structure, relationships, and reactions.
3) Develop, improve, and customize products, equipment, formulas, processes, and analytical methods.
4) Compile and analyze test information to determine process or equipment operating efficiency and to diagnose malfunctions.
5)conduct analysis of research projects, interpret test results, or develop nonstandard tests.

Qualifications:

-must be a licence chemist.
-must have certificates from different training & seminars.
-preferably with experience in HOME ESSENTIAL Products.
-male of female not more than 35 yrs of age.

4. Sales & Marketing Officer
 
SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST
- Female
-Single or Married
-not more than 35 yrs of age
-Graduate of any 4 year business course
-With solid experience in sales & marketing.
- Preferably w/ experience in Networking.
- Assists Sales Manager in achieving sales quota for the month.
-Helps in planning day to day operations.
-motivates sales personnel.
-Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
-Responsible for the performance and development of the staff.
-Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
-Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets by opening new accounts daily.
-Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
-Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
-Maintains accurate records of all sales activities
-Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
-Adheres to all company policies, procedures and code of discipline and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
-Make sure that following records are properly monitored.
