1. Training Consultant
Essential Job Functions
• Speak with clients to ensure training / logistical needs are clearly defined to ensure greater details upon drafting out proposals.
• Customizing 5 proposals per day to address client needs.
• Award Cost / Competitor Monitoring to influence pricing structure.
• Create course outline for advertising.
• Follow-up with tenders regularly & arrange for introductory meetings.
• Cross-sell offerings whenever possible.
Requirements
• Psychology/ Education/ Major in English Graduates
• Fluent English Language/ Reading / Writing / Speaking Capabilities
• At least one year working experience.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

• Able to work within deadlines.

2. Content Developer
* Customize, design and develop training materials (i.e learner's guide, lesson plan, trainer's guide etc) according to clients' specifications
* Working with team members to ensure projects are completed based on scope and project plan
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree - BA English or Communication Arts
Graduates from other courses can also apply

• With Honours Degree in Psychology or MassCom

3. Training Coordinator Staff
Requirements:
* College Degree (Project / Event Management)
* Female
* Age 20-28 year old
* Computer Skills including Microsoft Office
* Fluent in English - Reading / Writing / Speaking Capabilities
* Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
* Good team worker
* Highly organized, accurate and methodical, with proven ability to multi-task.
* Able to accept feedback & make appropriate changes to meet organizational challenges.
* Able to recognize potential problems & develop solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordination every training from beginning to end
* To provide quality customer service to specific clients
4. Sales Associate
Requirements:
- Graduate of Business related course.
- Must be at least be 20 years old
- Resides in Davao City
- Preferably has a solid sales experience or sales background.
- Has a solid work ethics.
- Fluent and proficient in communication both verbal and written.
- Capable of getting client appointments.
- Capable of meeting clients and closing deals.
- Effective in presenting in different levels and number of audience.
- Background in conducting training is a plus.
- Culturally sensitive as the job requires meeting and traveling different clients.
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Can work with little supervision
- Must be proactive and can work in a dynamic environment
- Can cope with pressure
- Has the ability to think on his/her feet and is assertive
- Has a strong sense of commitment and love for work
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initiates client contact through email communication, telesales, electronic direct mail, meetings, etc.
- Handles of new accounts/clients. Builds client relationship to make sure client remains loyal and therefore company will get a repeat order.
- Meet clients to discuss company profile, and sell possible training courses, fees, etc.
- Handles training logistics - venue, preparation of training kit, pre and post training/workshop necessities.
- Materializes targets of Public Workshop and In House training in each city.
- Strategically markets the company to possible clients and/or companies.
- Develop business by implementing strategies for sales and marketing.
