Job Scope:

-Acts as the chief agent, team leader, and administrative liaison.
-Monitor, identify and resolve performance/behaviour/attendance issues using prescribed performance management techniques.
-Transacts and accommodates incoming and outgoing clients.
-Delegates tasks to his or her team members.
-Knowledgeable in all agent-related duties.
-Successfully complete all client related training.

-Resolve escalated customer issues.
-Coach team members on their performance on a regular basis.
-Other supportive responsibilities consist of monitoring, and various forms of practical administration.
-Ensures and maintains effective production in the team.
-Conduct trainings to the team.
-Reports productivity on a daily. Weekly and monthly basis.

-Can work full time in Davao Office

-Full time salary position.
-10 days paid holiday per year from start of employment plus public holidays.
-On probation P8,000
-Starting P16, 000 per month
