Job Description:
The sales and marketing executive is responsible for bringing in the revenue of the organization.
She has to take part in developing the marketing strategy of the product with the help of other departments of the organization.
Product placement.
Can deal directly with end consumers if the need arises.
Can coordinate all promotional, marketing and advertising activities.
She has to take part in customer feedback surveys and work out ways to garner higher profits.
Regularly liaison with advertising and media
Take part on sales meetings and present reports about the sales and marketing figures.
She may have to be involved in pricing strategy.
Skills Required:
Experience in Fashion Industry/Shoes & Infants Products
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to succeed in this profession.
Very good in selling skills and should have a pleasing personality.
Good analytical skills, Persuasive, adaptable, innovative and problem-solving.
Should have good formal presentation skills
Stress-tolerance level should be high as this profession is highly competitive.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 3 year(s) or above working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
