JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Education : Graduate of BS Community Development / Social Work or any related course (particularly on Social Sciences)
• Skills : Community organizing skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, leadership skills, communication and presentation skills, planning and organizing skills, decision-making skills, facilitation skills
Special/Personal Abilities:
• Male or Female, not more than 25 years old
• Passionate for community organizing work
• Strong work ethics, positive attitude, polite, dedicated
• Can perform high volume of work
• Learn the micro-system
• Can communicate clearly and concisely with both clients and co-workers 
• Can work independently without much supervision
• Can work under pressure
• Work Experience: at least 2 years experience



Job Summary: 
Responsible in planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting of Social Preparation
