Job Description:
Responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which includes compensation and benefits, recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, mentoring and coaching, and employee counseling.


Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Psychology or its equivalent
2. Effective verbal, and listening communication skills
3. Effective written communication skills including the ability to prepare memorandum, reports, proposals, policies and procedure.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Applicant must demonstrate the following skills:
- Team building skills
- Problem solving skills
- research and program development skills
- stress management skills
- effective public/community relations and public speaking skills
