Business Processing Center Supervisor


Description:

  1. Managing a team of BP Operators thru team leaders directly and directing their activities for the achievement of quality goals.
  2. Managing the overall performance analysis of existing clients and activities.
  3. Developing and supervising a number of teams and preparing their performance reports.
  4. Monitoring team performance to ensure that the call center quality goals are met and supporting BPO quality and training efforts.
  5. Measuring and demonstrating the group productivity as well as the individual’s knowledge development.
  6. Identifying and articulating reporting requirements, which includes weekly customer. teleconferences, weekly customer reports & ad hoc updated of clients by phone & email.
  7. Identifying, recommending and supporting the implementation of various programs for the improvement of call center processes & development of new processes.
  8. Writing and assisting performance evaluations, making employment recommendations, setting up performance goals and targets for team.
  9. Ability to maintain confidentiality & promote confidentiality throughout the agreement.
  10. Ability to express ideas in clear and concise manner verbally & writing, in English.
  11. Good people management skills for a majority female professional work force.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management or any related field 
  • Self Motivated and results-oriented 
  • Analytical and meticulous with details 
  • Proactive and can comply with strict deadlines 
  • Client and Customer Quality focused 
  • Must have 2 years Call Center/BPO operations experience at the managerial level including an in-depth understanding of quality assurance, call center metrics, workforce planning. 
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
