Procurement Engineer / Officer (Davao)

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Engineering Course
- Relevant work experience in a large scale project / multicultural organization


Nature of Work:
- Handles procurement systems and procedures as well 
as on the quantity surveying process and techniques (computer aided) preferably for large scale projects, e.g. hands-on quantification (quantity take-off), multi-discipline work packaging and structuring (wbs), standard bill formating, variation order, cost engineering, subcontract/ supplier cost/ rates analysis, gcc analysis and preparation, tender submission requirements preparation and coordination, and tender input(s) coordination and review
