Operations Manager

Qualifications:
-must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- at least 6 years of working experience in any industry, 3 years of which is in the managerial capacity
- must be willing to go on night shift



Nature of Work:
- responsible for the day to day management, budget, and profit and loss results for all of Davao operations.
- manage employee recruiting, compensation and discipline for all levels to ensure better attainment and retention of employees
- evaluate internal business processes, and provide strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout Davao branch
- must be knowledgeable of all products and services, company benefits, procedures and policies and provide periodic awareness to subordinates


- develop an organizational structure to recruit personnel for key supervisor roles, develop employee retention strategies, and implement training and employee education programs
- provide support to the CEO/COO and collaborate with other senior leaders to establish/improve employee performance standards and overall staff experience
- lead a staff of supervisors that directly reports to the Operations Manager
