Responsibilities:- Responsible for effective, accurate and smooth leading and assisting with hotel & office functions. Primarily interacting with guests and facilitating them about hotel concerns. - Provides accurate and timely information and reserve rooms for guests coming to the hotel. - Promptly responds to guests calls or inquiries about room reservations and making sure its availability. - Responsible for the accuracy of all the billings of the hotel, receipt of payments and correct issuance receipts. - Responsible for the polite and smooth answering telephone, screen telephone calls, assists guest with their calls and taking messages if necessary. - Responsible in correctly assisting guests in filling up registration form, asking for deposit, relay them to the room attendant then settle their bill.
REQUIREMENTS: - Male/Female, between 25- 30 years old -College Degree holder,preferably Hospitality studies or related field. - At least 6 months related working experience an advantage - Hardworking, carries self professionally & conscientious - Willing to work on shifts, holidays & weekends. - Detailed-oriented & great customer service skills
