The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of responsible and specialized administrative and office support functions. She must create and maintain specialized reports, records and files required in connection with departments and any business unit work processes; interacts directly to the Admin Officer, Chief Operations Officer (COO) and President/CEO on administrative matters; and performs related duties as assigned.
The role requires a thorough knowledge of the terminology, procedures and practices for their functional areas, with a significant degree of independence and accountability for results.
