The Operations Manager is responsible for directing and ensuring that all operation personnel of Laundry are aware of the company's Quality System and has the authority to ensure that the requirements of the system are implemented and maintained.
The operations manager must ensure that all laundry items are washed and recorded in accordance with the company rules and procedures and all the equipments are switched off when not in use or not being supervised.
The role must maintain the employee morale at high level with excellent client’s relations.
