Experienced Travel Agent

Overall Responsibilities:
Be the go-to person for our customers, advice and inform them about the best and most convenient ways to travel.

Key Objectives:

    Lead our travel agency in terms of tour and travel inquiries.
    Design and sell tours around the globe
    Attend the weekly management Meeting
    Report to the GM on all issues, particularly important changes and information
    Develop and increase the client database.
    Maintain and develop a strong business relationship with inbound agents, hotels, airlines, cruise companies, etc.

Note: This description, including the aforementioned duties/responsibilities can be amended/extended during employment

Desired Skills & Experience:

University Degree or Post-graduate Diploma in Tourism. If the Degree or Diploma is not in Tourism then applicants must have a certificate/work permit/labor contract to determine that the applicant has at least 5 years experience in and with tourism

    Perfect English speaking and writing skills
    Good computer ability with MS Word and Excel
    Works well under pressure.
    Good at problem solving.
    A team player, able to cooperate with and within a group
    Hands on/can do attitude.
