Training Officer for Gaisano Mall of Davao

Conduct and monitor training programs in the assigned branch; evaluates and executes follow through measures for training programs conducted; handles administrative tasks and program coordination for other training related activities.

Qualifications:

•     male/female; not over 32 years old
•     graduate of Education, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any 4-year Business course with 2 years related work experience 
•     familiar with training needs analysis, designing, implementing and evaluating training programs related to behavior and skill modification of employees
•     with excellent written and oral communication
•     with high level of computer literacy
