HR Manager



Responsibilities:
-Formulates, recommends, and interprets personnel policies to meet the objectives of the company
-Performs professional level recruiting and provides staff guidance by identifying new areas of sourcing candidates and reviewing and recommending courses of action for sourcing
-Conducts continuing reviews of all personnel policies, programs, and practices to keep the company up-to-date on current practices and informed of new developments.
-Evaluates employment issues and ensures that they are handled in a professional and confidential manner
-Supports the administration of benefits by ensuring that employee questions/problems are handled in a satisfactory mann

-Oversees the recruitment or new employees ensuring that recruitment process is being followed, paperwork is signed off, documented and submitted for processing

Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and communication skills
-Two to three years Human Resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Experience in call center is an advantage
-Extensive knowledge in Employee relations, Philippine Labor Laws, Employee Relations and Compensation& Benefits
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills and experienced in managing functional groups
-Experience in conducting job evaluation and developing job description
-Proficiency in developing written policies and communications.
-Demonstrated ability to seek out and suggest alternate procedures to meet objectives and strict deadlines
​-Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and powerpoint
-Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are necessary.
-Must have good presentation skills
-Applicants must be willing to work in Davao
