Qualifications of Applicants
Male/Female, w/at least 3 years experience in the same capacity in a hotel
or restaurant, preferably a resident of Lanang, Davao
w/ strong leadership and customer service & pleasing personality
willing to work under pressure and for long hours
Demonstrated restaurant operations experience
Ability to interview, hire and train other employees
Good communication and organizational skills
Willing to Start ASAP.
Description or Nature of Work:
Entirely responsible for all front-of-the-house operations, manages staff who give services to customers and allocate the duties of opening and closing restaurant.
Responsible for making sure his or her staff is following the service standards and health and safety regulations.
