Events Services Officer


Qualifications: -
 Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business/Admin Management, Mass Communication or any relevant business course
- with intensive and extensive experience in hotels and/or restaurants preferably under Food and Beverage Services.
- Preferably, with experience handling supervisory or managerial position
- Experience in events management is an advantage
- Must be computer literate


Description:
The role of the Events Services Officer is to successfully plan and properly execute the needed services for the confirmed events. Working on deadlines, planning and project management will be a common feature of this job to ensure that the events run well. There is a strong focus in liaising with event organizers, venue preparation, provision of logistical requirements, coordinating with suppliers, partners etc. The ESO shall ensure that the venue is suited to the needs of the clients based on their requirements.
