Technical Support Technician - 3 positions available

Provides technical assistance and training to customers by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.

Job Requirements:
-Excellent Skills in Trouble Shooting and Networking.
-Good Communication Skills. (especially with chat)
-Willing to work from home.
-Can work with minimal Supervision.
-Must be keen with details.
-Flexible with work schedules.



Job Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-Candidate must have 1 year experience in Technical Unix, Desktop & Network, Technical Support
