Licensed Real Estate Broker (Davao Office)

BRANCH OFFICER
Davao Branch Office

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Sales & Marketing, Management or equivalent;
• At least (3) years supervisory experience;
• Relevant exposure in Sales, Marketing and Sales Administration/Services functions;
• Organized and aggressive;
• With people handling and customer service skills;


• Must have a ready pool of Sales people;
• Can recruit, train and manage sales people;
• Must have an excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills ;
• With strong leadership and motivational skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement sales and marketing activities in order to meet the branch target;
• Manage overall branch operations;
• Provides direct supervision and guidance to his/her subordinates;
• Conducts periodic performance evaluation of subordinates and makes appropriate recommendation on personnel promotion or sanctions for specific violations;
• Motivates his/her subordinates to perform their respective tasks to achieve the goals of the branch;
• Ensures teamwork among personnel within the branch;

Finance & Administration Responsibilities:
• Oversees sales acceptance and issuance of provisional receipts for cash and dated checks and acknowledgement receipt for post-dated checks;
• Checks daily collection report and bank deposit slip and reconcile the same with cash and check payments received;
• Validates request for commission check preparation and remittance reports;
• Ensures that sales reports are accurate and submitted promptly.

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:
• Monitors weekly and monthly sales targets and ensures that these are being met in terms of sales volume and corresponding peso value, recruitment targets in terms of activation and generation of newly-recruited sales representatives (SR);
• Recommends and generates sales projections for the coming year;
• Prepares and proposes payment terms to support in the achievement of sales targets;
• Validates SR qualifiers for promotion, annual sales awardees, and SR’s inclusion on sales assemblies, sales incentives and annual Christmas parties.
