Technical Support (for software)

Applicants should have the following qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills; speaking and writing.
- Knowledgeable in writing HTML and CSS
- Have experience in using eCommerce web sites
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Good moral character, self-propelled, and can work in a team
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
- Good moral character and team worker
- Graduate of BS I.T. or any related course
-Excellent in content writing; focusing on describing software features and usage
-Knowledgeable on common and general internet technologies like buying and selling on the internet.

Responsibilities:
Maintains relationship with our foreign customers by supporting their issues on our software products. Facilitates issue resolution on problems experienced by customers in the field. Constant learning and be knowledgeable on our software products.
