Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for the attainment of sales target of assigned concession accounts through effective management of manpower, operations, inventory and merchandise. He/she will have to perform other functions related to brand management.
Achievement of Sales Target
1. Monitors the weekly sales achievement of assigned stores.
2. Analyzes reports, assesses feedback and understands sales trend.
3. Recommends solutions to problems affecting the achievement of sales.
Manpower Management
1. Oversees the performance of sales personnel deployed to assigned concessions stores.
2. Ensures that stores have enough and effective sales personnel to sell, promote & safeguard the stocks.
3. Ensures that sales personnel have been trained and updated on the product and concession procedures.
Inventory and Merchandise Management
1. Analyzes product performance and establishes right merchandise mix per store.
2. Ensures right, sufficient and on time ordering of stocks to assigned concession stores.
3. Monitors replenishment, issuance and pull-out needed in the stores.
Operations Management
1. Conducts weekly office day with sales personnel.
2. Does periodic store visits to assigned stores.
3. Checks on competitors’ activities, promotions, locations and other advantages.
4. Maintains good business relationship with partner retailers.
5. Prepares and submits various reports for weekly concession meeting and other reports as required by the department head and or management.
Requirements:
* Graduate of any four-year course with commendable scholastic records
* With at least one (1) year experience in managing stores and handling sales personnel gained from operations of a retail company
* Preferably 20-28 years old
* Possess strong leadership skills, highly analytical with a keen eye for detail and an innate business sense
* With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Capable of executing and consistently achieving sales targets of brands assigned
* Has the passion and innovation in promoting footwear and apparel
* Must be willing to work in Davao
