The person will report directly to the President of the company.
He/She ensures the complete realization of all HR functions, which make the organization strong, competitive and highly productive. Responsible for recommending and implementing policies and programs for all employees to achieve industrial peace and ensuring that these policies are in accordance with Philippine laws and the company’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of any bachelor degree
• With at least 2 years work experience in Human Resource Management in the hydro or similar business
• Demonstrated success in employee relations
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Willing to travel
