TERRITORY MANAGERS
Responsiblities
  • Responsible for the delivery and implementation of the expansion, intensification and productivity strategies and targets of the Agency.
  • Achieve revenue and manpower goals.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales – Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional corporate presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Detail oriented, creative and ambitious
  • Must be very willing to travel around the country.
AGENCY DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the growth in new business production of the agency distribution channel
  • Designs, implements and monitors sales campaigns and other events to drive production
  • Regularly communicates marketing information, programs and trainings to the sales force
  • Manages the daily operational concerns of agencies under his/her area
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a 4-year business degree
  • Good educational background and proven track record in Sales,
  • Marketing and/or Business Development in a progressive company
  • At least 2 years experience in Sales Channel Management, Sales
  • Training, Account Management or Direct Selling in a financial services organization or related industry
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Highly flexible
  • Analytical, creative and good motivator
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS
Responsibilities
  • The position is responsible for sales recruitment, leader development and achievement of sales targets.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Must have relevant sales experience atleast 6 months in Sales is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Business Development or equivalent.
  • Must have extensive social network at least 2 years residency in Cagayan de Oro or Davao City
COMPENSATIONS:
  • Salary Ranges from Php 14,450 to Php 45,000
