Position: Head, Training and Organizational Development

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science , Human Resource Management or any Business courses, preferably with post graduate degree or units;
• At least 3 years experience of managerial or supervisory experience in training development, organizational development, performance management, succession management, policy development/ process re engineering, change management, strategic management;
• Has knowledge on training needs analysis, module design, and workshop implementation;
• Has good presentation, public-speaking, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills;
• With strong project management skills;
• Ability to multi-task deal with multiple issues at once and proven ability to work with all levels in the organization
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Willing to be assigned or work in Koronadal City, South Cotabato.
