With the following qualifications:
• Excellent English communication skills
• College graduates
• Can deal well with foreign students especially Korean and Japanese
• Preferably with experience in ESL teaching
• The ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised teamwork skill
• Hardworking, independent and highly motivated
